Document Imaging
The Document Imaging System is a document management system designed for scanning and storing any type of documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, purchase orders, tax certificates, etc.. An unlimited number of documents can be scanned and stored for easy retrieval.

General Ledger
The General Ledger module is a full-featured general ledger package that allows easy entry of repetitive journal entries and data export features. It is fully integrated with our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Inventory modules. In addition, it provides budgeting capabilities and much more.

Inventory
The Inventory module is a full-featured inventory package that allows tracking of master/detail inventory items, inventory activity history tracking and reporting, minimum, maximum, and reorder quantities, costing, inventory count sheets, and cost averaging. In addition, it provides total integration with our Order Entry, Purchase Order, Quote, and R.F.Q. modules. Dual units of measure tracking is available.

MTR Genius Creator
For companies that need to create MTR’s on their own letterhead, this is the perfect solution.
This powerful application provides the ability to enter Specifications with minimum/maximum values for chemical and physical properties.
During the entry of the actual chemical/physical properties, the Specifications are used to assure conformance to the selected specification or specifications. This also includes Charpy and extended hardness tests.
Statements can be created that can be designated as a default statement which will print on all MTR’s, or attached to Specifications, Heat Numbers, Orders, or Order Items when the MTR is created.
Not only can the MTR’s be previewed or printed but can also be exported to the MTR Genius Imaging System as an image file along with the related search keys. With the MTR Genius Web Interface, the MTR’s can be retrieved by your employees or customers from your website. When customers retrieve MTR’s they can only see MTR’s specifically created for them.
During the data entry process, the original MTR can be linked to the chemical/physical data making it easy to view the original MTR or provide it to your customer when creating an MTR for them.
We have multiple import methods to automatically import MTR chemical/physical data from your vendors. During these import methods, the values are automatically checked against the designated specification.
MTR’s can be attached to Inventory Items and Sales Order Line Items for easy printing.
MTR Genius Imaging
Vendor MTR’s can be scanned or imported from PDF or TIFF files. During the import process, each item on the MTR can be assigned up to 9 tags for easy retrieval. An Auto-Fill feature reduces the data entry time by saving previous entries and well as easy duplication from the previous entry. Our latest version also provides OCR capabilities from user-created templates. We easily handle multiple items, multiple pages, or a combination of both.
MTR’s can be located using single or multiple field searches, partial search keys as well as a very powerful “wildcard” search feature. Once located the MTR can be viewed, printed, added to a package and emailed, exported to PDF, or batch printed.
MTR’s can be attached to Inventory Items and Sales Order Line Items for easy printing.
Order Entry
The Order Entry module is a full-featured O/E package that allows easy entry of sales orders with full inventory access and interface, conversion of quotes from our Quotes module, automatic creation of purchase orders in our Purchase Order module, and total integration with our Accounts Receivable, Drawing Manager, Inventory, General Ledger, MTR Genius-Creator,
MTR Genius-Imaging System, Purchase Order, and Quote modules. In addition, it has data export features, document imaging capabilities, and automatic credit checking.

Purchase Orders
The Purchase Order module is a full-featured P.O. package that allows easy entry of purchase orders with full inventory access and interface, full access from a single screen, and total integration with our Inventory, Quotes, and Order Entry modules. You can automatically create purchase orders from our Order Entry module, making it perfect for buyouts. It has data export features and has document imaging capabilities.

Quotes
The Quotes module is a full-featured quotation package that allows tracking of customer quotes and is fully integrated with our Order Entry and Inventory modules. It provides data export features and has document imaging capabilities. You can print or email quotes directly to your customer. A Quote can be easily turned into a Sales Order.

R.F.Q.
Easily create a Request For Quote from a Purchase Order or Sales Order. This module will automatically compare prices from different vendors. The R.F.Q. can be previewed, printed, or emailed directly to your vendors.

Drawing Manager
The Drawing Manager module is a document imaging system designed to scan and store drawings for subsequent printing or viewing. Dimensions and tolerances can be stored in a database and overlaid on a drawing when printed. This allows the use of a single master drawing with multiple sizes and dimension possibilities without having to scan and store each individual drawing. In addition, it provides data export features and much more.
Comes fully loaded with dimensions for most pipe fittings and flanges. This includes couplings, half-couplings, plugs, bushings, flanges, nipples, swage nipples, inserts, caps, reducers, and more.
