MTR Reports

MTR can stand for many things. Mill test report and material test report are just two of them. However, they all refer to the same thing.  A mill test report is a certification given to raw material stating that it has met conformance specifications.

These tests check for chemical and physical deficiencies in raw material. The materials must meet specific standards set by the industry or by the business itself. Once testing has been complete, a mill test report will be generated and should not be thrown away as they contain imperative information about the material.

Additionally, these reports keep traceability on the material and follow the product through the manufacturing and distribution process.

MTR Genius Imaging

Our MTR Genius Imaging software allows you to scan or import PDF or TIFF files. You may assign up to nine tags to each of your images to better locate them.

Additionally, the software possesses an auto-fill function that allows you to quickly duplicate previous entries, consequently saving you time. It also helps with reducing mistakes in entering the wrong specifications. We also took the liberty of adding OCR capabilities to our latest MTR Genius software.

There are a plethora of benefits to this software, and one of them is that it allows you to locate what you need using single or multiple field searches.  After locating what you need, you can simply email, print, or your reports to a package and then export your reports.
