Creating new material test reports is a breeze with our MTR Genius Creator. Data Functions first created this innovative solution in 1985. It was the very first of its kind for the piping industry.

The MTR Genius Creator is a customizable software application. The user may set specific minimum and maximum values into the software. We include password protection into our software in order to add a layer of security. This will avoid accidental changes to settings.

After a team member enters the physical and chemical property data, the software will do the rest. It will automatically flag any values above or below these predefined values. These settings help your business ensure conformity in your material inventory or manufacturing process.

Our MTR Genius Imaging software is your storage solution. This solution allows you to upload and save original MTRs and documents digitally.

We understand the importance of the storage and management of these documents. The MTR Genius Imaging application allows you to upload original vendor MTRs and other Quality Documents into your digital files.

Our software makes the storage and retrieval of any Quality Document a simple task. From MSDS Documents to Heat Treatment Reports, Drawings, or Inspection Reports, we have your digital storage and organization needs covered. All uploaded documents can be assigned up to 9 tags when stored. This makes for easy search and retrieval of requested or needed paperwork.

Web Storage of Your MTRs Made Easy

With the MTR Genius Web Interface, you can easily access your MTRs online. Just open a web browser, and you’ll be able to find any MTR uploaded into the MTR Genius Imaging System. You can host the images on your own local data server. Or, you may opt to use an outside web hosting company.

Your team members can access all MTRs in the system. Your customers can also access the MTRs they need online. However, customers are only able to see MTRs tagged specifically for them.

This software also comes with a convenient Cart Feature. For starters, this feature allows several MTRs to be viewed at once. The MTRs can then be downloaded or printed. In addition, you may also email them to your customers using the Adobe web plug-in.
